Terms & Conditions of Bride Over Makeup Academy i.e., BO Makeup Academy
All Deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
- 18% GST will be applicable on course fees.
- A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required (for each course you enroll in,) to secure your place in the course. However, it can be transferred to another course date within a 6 month period at the discretion of the founder as long as all Fees from the original enrolment have been paid.
- Advance Fees for the course must be paid 30 days prior to the class scheduled. Balance should be paid on the first day of the class. Funds not paid on the first day student will not be entitled to continue and the advance paid is VOID.
- No refund will be issued after course commencement. Once you commence the course and decide to withdraw from the course. Amount paid by the student will NOT BE REFUNDED.
- BO Makeup Academy conduct personalised sessions, Classes will be scheduled according to the students and tutor availability. The maximum time frame given for personalised session is 6 months from the date of joining. Student have to complete the opted course within the given time frame. In any circumstances if the student is unable to finish her any pending sessions within the given time frame by BO Makeup Academy then the student will have to pay additional charges for the pending sessions. However, If the delay of completing the course is from our academy then the students does not have to bear any additional charges.
- During GROUP COURSE or WORKSHOP Bride Over Makeup Academy reserves the right to cancel or amend GROUP COURSE or WORKSHOP that does not have the required enrolment numbers.
- All withdrawals from the scheduled course must be submitted in writing and can be moved to another date within a 6 month period as the PAID amount will NOT BE REFUNDED.
- If you do not attend the course on your scheduled date without any prior notice provided, all deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
- No Certificate will be issued to students who have not completed at least 80% of the course they are enrolled into.
- If the student damages any product which is provided during class practice, student is solely responsible to bear the loss.
- If student post any picture which is clicked in BO Makeup Academy student should tag and mention our academy when and where ever they post.
- Payment will be paid through 3rd party payment gateway, BO Makeup Academy is not responsible for any data taken by the 3rd party gateway or website.
- BO Makeup Academy have the full rights to post the students work pictures or videos on our social media, website, magazines or on any other marketing or publishing platform.

- All Credit Cards will incur a surcharge of 2.5% per transaction.
